Group; and
WHiFfS, the Kenai Council supports the permit appliCations.-
submitted by the BeaVer creek Bank Restoration and ProteCtion
Group has applied for Kenai River habitat res~oration.and:.erosion
protection along 420, of stream bank as'submitted to the U.S.
Army Engineering District, Alaska. Division'of Governmental'
Coordination, Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Alaska
Department of Environmental Conservation, Alaska State Parks-, and
Kenai Peninsula PlanningDepartment; and '
WHEREAS, the. City Council of the City of Xenai has directed that'
a resolution be drafted supporting the Kenai River Bank Habitat
Restoration and Erosion Protection application from the Beaver.
Creek Bank Restoration and Protection Group; and .
WHEREAS, the City Council directed that a resolution-be prepared
for the December 20, 1995 City Council meeting supporting this
application; and
