WHEREAs, the State of Alaska, Department of Transpor2ation '&
Public Facilities has had a Value Estimate prepared and agrees"to
compensate the City $100 for the'easement, and
WHEREAS, 'the Federal Aviation Administration has no objection to
the City granting the easement, and
WHEREAS, in accordance w~th Kenai Municipal Code, revenues
derived from q ranting th~s easement shall be deposited.in the
Airport Land Revenue Account.
NOW'.THEREFORE,..BE.ITRESOLVED By THE cOUNcZL'0FTHE CITY OF'
