ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT OF THE CITY'S MAINTENANCE 'SHOP WHEREAS, State of Alaska, ADEC, has requested that' the City' perform an environmental site assessment of the 'City's maintenance shop area~ and WHEREAS, fer many years, the Airport has been the lessor, of these lands, and the General Fund has been the lessee of these lands~ and WHEREAS, the City administration believes that it is appropriate to split these costs between the General and Airport funds.
