WHEREAS, the following cost for performing the services on this project were submitted in their September 27, 1994= professional proposal on GeoEngineers, Enviros, Inc. Inc. Environmental Services $29,300.00 $34,246.10 WHEREAS, the award includes completing a Assessment, and Phase I and Phase II Site WHEREAS, after review with each firm unnecessary items in their proposal, the performed services were as follows: regarding missing or corrected cost for the GeoEngineers, Enviros, Inc. WHEREAS, the interest of GeoEngineers, Inc. Environmental Service~ $27,580.00 $34,246.10 Public Works Department believes it is the City of Kenai to award this Inc., and in the best project to WHEREAS, sufficient funds are appropriated, and WHEREAS, the Kenai City Council has determined that it is in the. best interest of the City of Kenai to award this contract to GeoEngineers, Inc., and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, that a contract be awarded to GeoEnqineers, Inc. for professional environmental services for the project entitled "Lot 13 and Lot 14, CIIAP Site Assessment, 1994," for a not-to-exceed amount of $27,580.00.
