NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that a contract be awarded to GeoEnqineers, Inc. for
professional environmental services for the project entitled "Lot
13 and Lot 14, CIIAP Site Assessment, 1994," for a not-to-exceed
amount of $27,580.00.
