responsibilities that will be incurred by the City of Kenai u

NOW, THEREFO.RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY.OF KENAI,.i.

Section 1. ~he Council hereby authorizes the' City. Nanaqer,'..
ThOmas J. Manntnen, to submit an.-'application to the state ..Of
Alaska, Department of Natural ResourCes, for a federal share
matching grant for an Historical Survey/Inventory in the Old
Town District of Kenai, Alaska.
Section 2. The department of The City Manager is established.
as the agent for the City of Renal for administration of this
project.
Section 3.. If the City of Kenai is awarded the grant for an.
Historical Survey/Inventory in the Townsite Historic District
of Kenai Alaska, the CounCil' Will introduce an ordinance
providing matching funds for this project.
Section 4. Effective Date. This resolution shall be
effective immediately upon adoption.
