WHERFAS, Council finds that the assessment roll.is proper.
NOW, TH~-REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that:
~cti0n 1: The assessment roll attached to this Resolution is
confirmed by the Council.

shall be levied against the properties in the AsSessment District and
