WHEREAS,' the Public Works Department and the Airport Manager feel that it is in the best
interest of the City of Kenai to award this project to Wince-Corthell-Bryson, and
WHERBAS,. the FAA has v~y approved of the consultant selection procedure used for this
project, and
WHEREAS, suffident funds are appropriated.
