ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE 'STATE OF ALASKA, DEP~RT~'OF
ENVZRONM~AL CONSERVATION
NAINS.
FOR THOMPSON PARK WATER AND SEWER.'
WHEREAS, the 'State of Alaska has offered the City' of Kenai a
'grant in fate a~ount of $1,350,000 for ThOmpson Park water
and sewer mains.
WHEREAS, the State requires that the City accept the grant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that=

The City of Kenai accept grant #47544 in the amount
of $1,350,000 from the State of Alaska.
