NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF K~NAI,
ALASKA, that:

The City of Kenai accept grant %47543 in the amount of
$850,000 from the State of Alaska.

The City of Kenai accepts resPonsibility to operate and.
maintain the proposed sewer utility improvements, and.
agrees to the terms and conditions of the grant.. Offer,
