Bob said that he would come by and take a look at it. When he did he said that the water had clum{ged and he told me he was {going to try a new filter and separator to see if it helps. Bob installed these units but never said anything about a price. When I returned from vacation in September, DeBest had sent the attached bill for $3 IS0.00. Bob and I couldn't {get together until October, at which time he told me that it was his mistake for not menfionin{g the cost of the system and also my mistake for not asking. I was under the assumption that the filter system installed would be part of the existing system, to bring the dock's water up to drinkable standards. Before the filters were installed the water was not drinkable. The filters were definitely needed.
