A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA AWARDING
A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THETRADXNG B&~ ~O~k~~E~U~NXTB
POXNT STIq~T TO ALASKA ROADBUILDERS FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$390,099.72 WHICH INCLUDES SCHEDULE A, B, C, 'D, E, F, AND G.
WHEREAS, ~he attachment to this resolution is the construction bid
tabulation summary for this project, and
WHEREAS, a description of each schedule is as follows:

Trading Bay - road, drainage, curb & gutter
Granite Point - road, drainage, curb & gutter
Trading Bay - east sidewalk
Granite Point - north sidewalk
Granite Point - water line
Trading Bay - west sidewalk
Granite Point - sou~h sidewalk
WHEREAS, The City Council has deter~ined that Alaska Roadbuilderes
bid is the lowest responsible bid and award to this bidder for
Schedule A through G would be in the best interests of the City,
and
WHEREAS, sufficient monies are appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the contract for the construction of the Trading B8~
Road and Granite Point Street be awarded to Alaska Roadbuildere in
the amount of $390,099.72 which includes schedule A, B, C, D, E, F,
and G. ...............
