WHEREAS,' at the ~uly 3, 1991 COUncil meeting, .the 'City Council
authorized the expenditure of $50,000 to' extend Willow Street to
Narathon Road, and
WHEREAs, $5,800 of that expenditure will be for engineering and
inspection services, which has not yet been budgeted in the project.
NOW, THEREFORe, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFI~NAI,
ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
