A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF-THE CITY OF KEN~, ALASKA, AWARDING
A CONTRACT FOR THE INSPECTION - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT TO
LIVlNOSTON/SLONB ON THE 40 UNIT KENAI CONGREGATE HOUSING AND SITE
WORK FOR A NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $189,789 AND ON THE FAA ROAD
IMPROVEMENT FOR A NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $28,132.
'~IBRF. AS, the City of Kenai received the attached proposal from Livingston/Slone for this
work; and
WHERBAS, the award includes design review, project construction management, coordination,
quality control, surveying, testing, quantity computations, and inspection services; and
~qtEREAS, sufficient funds are appropriated; and
WItEREAS, the Kenni City Council feels that it is in the best interest of the City of Kenai to
award this contract to Livingston/Slone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that a contract be awarded for inspection - construction management .to
Livingston/Slone on the 40 unit Kenai Congregate Housing and site work for a not-to-exceed
amount of $189,789, and on the FAA Road Improvement for a not-to-ex~ amount of $28,132.
