A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KF/tlkI, ALASKA CONFIRMING
THE ASSESSMENT ROLL ON THE UPLAND AND HIGHLAND DISTRICTAND FIXING
PAYMENT.
W~ERF2~S, a public hearing has been held on the final assessment roll
for the Upland and Highland PavingAssessment District; and
W~ERF2IS, Council finds that the assessment roll is proper.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL O~ THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that:
Section 1: The assessment roil attached to this Resolution is
confirmedby the Council.
Section 2: Assessments as identified on the assessment roll
shall be levied against the properties in the Assessment District and
are to be used to repay the general fund.
Sggti00' 3: Payments shall be due in lump sum on or before
November 20, 1991, without interest. Payments will be delinquent if
not received by the City by December 20, 1991. Delinquent assessments
will be charged a penalty of 10%, plus interest of 10% per year,
computed unti~paid.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 18th day of
September, 1991.
