A Conditional Use Permit may also be required depending on whether the intended use is a permitted or conditional use. • Parking lots must comply with KMC 14.20.250; There are not any parking lot requirements for the current improvements to the parcels. At such time as the parcels are further developed, a Landscape/Site Plan must be submitted to verify that the parking requirements are being met. • Kenai Municipal Code 14.25.045(d)(1) provides that paving of the parking lot is required. Non-Applicable .:. Kenai Municipal Code 14.25.045(d)2 provides that properties zoned Heavy Industrial are exempt from the paving requirements. • Snow storage and drainage must be referenced on the site plan; Page 2 of 3 The City of Kenai I www.kenai.city The applicant indicates that drainage will occur toward the front of the lot; there is a ditch with natural drainage.
