A I~SOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, AGASKA SETTING THE TIl~ AND
PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON FOUR FINAL ASSESS~NT ROLLS.
WHEREAS, final assessment rolls have been filed with the City Clerk on four
assessment districts: (1) Candlelight/Llnwood District, (2) VIP District, (3)
E. Altak/Highbush District, and (4) Lawton District, and
WHEREAS, KMC 16.10.090 requires the City Council to fix the hearing date.
NOW, THER~FO~ BE IT I~SOL~ED BY TH~COUNCIL OFT HE CITY 0FKENAI, ALAS~, that
the regular Council meeting of March ?, 1990, to be held tn the City Council
Chambers, be set as the time and place for public hearings on the above-
mentioned four final assessment rolls.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 7th day of February,
1990.
