WHEREAS, the City of Kenai has the option to choose none, one, combfnation of any, or
all itema aubmitted, and
WHEREAS, some bid items greatly exceed minimum specificat ions, and
WHEREAS, the aelectfon of these items would be in the bes t interests of the City
even tlwugh it is r.at Lhe low bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OP THE CITY ~P KENAI, ALASRA that the
