RESOLUTION NO. 81-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI AIYARDING A CONTRACT
FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES BETtYEEN THE CITY OF KENAI AND iYINCE~
CORTHELL-BRYSON ON CANDLELIGHT, LINIYOOD, N. DOGiY00D, N. LUPINE, AND
PHILLIPS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, 1981, FOR NOT-TO-EXCEED $39,900.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai received proposals for engineering design
services from the following ten firms:

i4HEREAS, the Public iYorks Committee, after reviewing the proposals,
decided to recommend i9ince-Corthell-Bryson to receive the contract,
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai feels that it is in the best
interest of the City to award this project to SYince-Corthell-Bryson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that iVince-Corthell-Bryson be awarded the contract for
Engineering Design Services on the project entitled Candlelight,
Linwood, N. Dogwood, N. Lupine, and Phillips Street Improvements, 1981,
for Not•fd=Exceed $39,900.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 18th day of
March, 1981. /
