CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 89-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFKENAI, ALASKA AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A GRANT AGRE~/~NT WITH THE STATE OF
ALASKA INTHE A~OUNTOF $1,775 FOR A COMPREHENSIVE AIRPORT DRAINAGE
PLAN AND DESIGN EXPANDED SAFETY ZONES.
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska has offered the City of Kenai a grant for
a Comprehensive Airport Drainage Plan and Design Expanded Safety Zones.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFKENAI,
ALASKA, that the City Mana9%r is authorized to enter into said grant
agreement.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA this 5th day of
April, 1989.
