A RESOLUTION OF T~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA FIXING THE
EATE OF LEVY OF PROPERTY TAXFOR THE FISCALYEARCO~NCING~LY 1,
1989 AND'ENDING JUN~ 30, 1990.
WH~S, the Code of the City of Kenai requires that the rate of lev~
of property tax be set' armuall¥ not later than the tenth day of June;
and
klHERAAS, the Council has adopted the "City of Kenai 1989-90Annual
Budget", which estimates property tax revenue based upon a tax rate of
2.7 mills.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLV~D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFKENAI,
ALASKA, that the rate of levy of property tax for the fiscal year
commencing July 1, 1989 and ending June 30, 1990 be fixed at 2.7 mills.
PASSED BY TH~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'KENAI, ALASKA this 7th day of
June, 1989.
