A RESOLUTION OF THh COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
AWARDING TH~ 1988 ~EAS~ OF THE KENAI PUBLIC DOCK STATION NO. ~
WITH ITS UNhOADING CRANE ;~ND RELATED PARKING/STAGING AREA OF THE
CITY OF KENAI'S BOATING FACiLiTY, TO WHITNEY FOODS FOR $50,100.00
OR $0.0515/LB WHICHEVER IS GREATEr.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai received the following bids on April
14, 1988:

WHEREAS, Whitney Foods' bid is deemed to be the best bid for the
City of Kenai for the 1988 lease of Dock Station No. ~, and
WHEREAS, the recommendation of the Harbor Commission and the
Public Works Department is to award the lease of Dock Station No.
2 to Whitney Foods, and
WHEREAS, the Council o~ the City o~ Kenai has determined that
awarding the 1988 lease of Dock Station No. 2 to Whitney Foods is
in the beet interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE cOuNcIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that tile City of Kenai award the 1~88 ~ea~e o~
Dock S~ation No. ~, with the unloading cra~.e and related
parking/staging area at the City of Kenai's Boating Facility, to
Whitney Foods for $50,100.00 or $0.0515/lb. whichever is greater.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIb OF THE CITY OF KENAI, AhASKA, this 20th day
of April, 1988.
