WHEREAS, the City o£ Kenai received proposals ~rom tho following firms on June 8, 1988: Wm. J. The project was arranged in phases so as to take advantage of available ADAP funds that must be allooated by September 1. Phase II would be funded with available ADAP funds next year. Phase II design oontracts ney need to be amended at a later date to include work that the FAA may require that is as yet uncertain and possibly work associated with potential military facilities. As far as the proposals submitted, Wince-Corthell-BFFson has submitted the lowest costs for performing the work. This firm is currently working on a similar project in Nenana and has a very strong working relationship uith the FAA whioh will be neoesoary to quiokly complete Phase I design work.
