WHEREAS, the City o~ Kenai received the following one bid which was £rom Harley's Trucking on June 10, 19885 Monunsen Subdivision (1964-67) $10,160 #oodland 'subdiVisi°n (1968) 61,950 Central Heights Subdivision (1968) 7,620 Inlet view Subdivision (1968) 7,620 Remove and replace existing A.C. surfacing - various locations this is necessary be£ore seal coating can be done in certain areas) TOTAL $ 94,880 WHEREAS, the Public Works Department ~eels that it is in the best interest o~ the City o£ Eenai to award this project to Herloy*o Truoking; and WHEREAS, sufficient £unds are appropriated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CItY OF KENAI, ALASKA, that a contract be awarded to Harley's Truoking for the project entitled 'City Street Sos1 coe~ng" for seal coating Hom~oen Subdivision, Woodland Subdivision, Central Heights Subdivision and Inlet View Subdivision for a not-to-exceed amount of 894,550.
