SUBJECT: CITY OF KENA~ BROCHURE
On March 3X, 1987, the City o£ Kenai received three proposals
the City of Xenai brochure sent in response to the advertisement
in the Clarion (see attachnent A.)
Mayor #illians asked Mary Ford, Dean Atkinson, and myself to
evaluate the proposalsl we received three. I developed a
criteria rating sheet from information received from Mayor
WiLlians and Hary Ford. This criteria rating sheet was intended
to be used as a guide in deternining which firn the evaluating
group would reconmend.
The evaluating group hakes the following reconnendation~
