A I~SOLUTION OF T~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF K~NAI, ALASKA DESIGNATING A
DEPUTY CL~K TO ACT IN THE TEMPORARY A~SENCE OF TH~ CITY CLERK.
~H~RFJ~, KNC1.25.030 provides that the City Council, by resolution,
shall designate an e~loyee who will serve as Deputy City Clerk in the
temporary absence of the City Clerk.'
NOW T~REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TH~ COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that in the event of the temporary absence of the office of
City Clerk, Janet ~oper is hereby designated as the Deputy City
Clerk to perform all of the duties of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 86-1, dated Januar~ 8, 1986, is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA this 7th day of
October, 1987.
