WHEREAS, bids were received on 3une 10, 1985, for the contract years July 1, 1985 through June 30, 1987, per year as follows: KENAI POLICE DEPARTMENT/ PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING Beaver Janitorial $11,044.80 3C's Janitorial Service $10,789.92 Cook Inlet Janitorial $12,064.32 J ~ R Janitorial $18,351.36 Tim's Janitorial $11,979.36 WHEREAS, 3C's Janitorial Service is the lowest responsible bidder. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, that a contract be awarded to 3C's Janitorial Service for the cleaning of the Kenai Police Department portion of the Kenai Public Safety Building for $10,789.92. This is based on the approximately 7080 square feet that is to be cleaned by janitorial service.
