RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
:ITERATING KENAI RESOLUTION 84-30, URGING THE LEGISLATURE TO
IOPT REVISE TITLE 29.
IEREAS, H8 172 - Revised Title 29 has passed the House of
~presentatives and is being considered by the Senate Finance
~mmittee, and
iEREAS, this bill was developed by a high level task force of
peal government officials and members of the Legislature, and
IEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska has sent Kenai
:solution 84-30 to alI Legislators urging passage of this bill.
OW, 7HEREF ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ENAI, ALASKA, that the Kenai City Council respectfully requests
he 13th Alaska legislature to adopt the proposed revision of
itle 29 as submitted without any major or controversial
mendments.
