RESOLUTION N0. 84-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
DIRECTING THE CONTINUATION OF THE SPRUCEWOOD GLEN ASSESSME:N~
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai has held a public hearing to hear
comment concerning the necessity for the water, sewer, paving,
drainage, and off-street parking, and the proposed assessments
relating to such improvements, in Sprucewood Gien Subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, the Council finds it desirable to continue with the
proposed project and assessment district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that:
Section 1: The water, sewer, paving, drainage, and
off-street parking improvements in Sprucewood Glen Subdivision
are necessary and of benefit to the properties to be assessed.
Section 2: The assessment district has not been objected
to by owners of properties bearing SOA or more of the estimated
costs to be borne by property owners.
Section 3: An accounting shall be kept ~f the costs of
these improvements, and after all costs are known, the City
Manager shall prepare an assessment roll for the improvements.
It is estimated that 100A of the costs of the improvements may
be assessed against the benefited properties.

of August, 7984.
