A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
AWARDING THE BID FOR A 1/2-TGN PICKUP 70 HUTCHINGS CHEVROLET FOR
THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $9,200.00.
WHEREAS, the following bids were received for the above mentioned
1/2-Ton Pickup on October 31, 1984:

Hutchings Chevrolet
Craycroft Chrysler
Peninsula Ford
TOTAL BID PRICE
$9,200.00
9,567.39
9,609.85
WHEREAS, Hutchings Chevrolet's bid of $9,200.00 is the lowest
responsible bid which meets the bid specifications, and
WHEREAS, the recommendation from the Public Works Department is
to award the bid to Hutchings Chevrolet for the total amount of
$9,200.00, and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai has determined that
awarding this contract to Hutchings Chevrolet for the total
amount of $9,200.00 is in the best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the bid for a 1/2-Ton Pickup be awarded to
Hutchings Chevrolet for the total amount of $9,200.00.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 7th day
of November, 1984.
