CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 79-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
CTING (AUTHORIZING, REJECTING) THE SELLING OF
UILDING AND RELATED ITEMS TO iVAYNE CASEY.
WHEREAS, this shallow well building and related items were
declared surplus with Ordinance No. 447-78, and
WHEREAS, Wayne Casey was the only bidder for this building and
related equipment, and
WHEREAS, this price of Four Hundxed Dollars ($400) does not
(does, does not) seem reasonable and appropriate.
NOW, TIiBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA to • (sell, reject) ail bids for the

for the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400).
