RESOLUTION NO. 79-24
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENAI,
ALASRA THAT THE FOLLOWING TRANSFER OF MONIES BE MADE
IN THE 1978-79 GENERAL FUND BUDGET:
From:
Fire-Repair 6 Maintenance Supplies ($200)

Fire-Transportation $200
This transfer is needed to pay per diem far a 3-day work-
shop on the use of ANFIRS (Alaska-Nationa.l Fire Incident
Reporting System) to be held in Ancharage on April 4, 5&
6, 1979.

Section 2: That the Alaska Housinq Finance
Cor-po~on is hereby urged to classify all areas
within the Kenai Peninsula Borough as Rural for
mortqage loan purposes.
Section 3: That the Clerk shall serve copies of
this Resolution upon the tionorable Jay S. Hammond,
Governor, upon the Commissioner of the Department
of Cvmmerce and Econamic Development, and upon the
Executive Director of the Alaska Housing Finance
Corporation, and upon the Honorable Terry Gardiner,
Speaker of the House, upon the Honorable Clem Tillion,
President of the Senate, upon the Honorable Marqaret
Sranson, State Representative, upon the Honorable
Huqh Malone, State Representative, and upon the
8onorable Patrick O Connell, State Representative.
Section 4: That this Resolution takes effect immediately
upo~adoption.
