WHEREAB, bids tor equipment rentsl were received from Ward Landscaping
Service and Zubeek, Inc. , and
WI~AEAS , these bids are attached to this resoluHon and ineorporated the: r#n
by reference, and
WHEREAS, thsse rental rates appear reaeonable.
NOW , THEREFOItE , be it resolved bq the Council of the City oi Renai that the
proposed equipment rentel rates as submitted 'by Ward Landecaping Service
and by Zubeck. Ine. to perform work at C~t; of Renei projects at placeg and
for ti~nes as direeted bq the parks and Re~reation Director be hereby accepted
subject to the understending that the g~oing union lebor wage rates will be paid t~o
equipment operators other than the owner/operator.
