BE ZT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENAI, ALASKA
THAT THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BE DIRECTED TO ENTER INTO
- A LEASE AT $2,500 PER MONTH WITH PENINSULA ENTERPRISES,
INC. TO LEASE LOTS 16, 17, 18 AND 19 LOCATED ON THE RENAI
AIRPORT, INCLUDING THE HANGAR AND AD1Y IMPROVE1~iENTS THEREON.
Said leat~e shall be for a term of six (6) months beginning
October 1, 1979, or until the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA) offers,and the City aacepts, an ADAP qrant to the City
for warm storage and the said hangar is deemed by FAA as an
eliy~3b~z cost item, whichever occurs first. The lease shall
be with an option to buy, at a total sales price of $133,000,
which is continqent upon FAA approval of and fundinq for said
hanqar.
