RESOLUTION N0. 78-lOR
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING
THE SELLING OF THE OLD SEWER TREATMENT PLANT AND RELATED EQUIPMENT
AND MATERIALS TO R-LEE SEAFOODS.
WHEREAS, the old Sewer Treatment Plant building and related equipment
and materials was declared surplus with Ordinance No. 401-78, and
WHEREAS, R-Lee Seafoods bid of $3,600.00 was the only bid received,
and
WHEREAS, R-Lee Seafoods' bid seems reasonable and appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai,
Alaska, to sell the old Sewer Treatment Plant and related equipment
and materials to R-Lee Seafoods for the s~im of $3,600.00.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 29th day
of June, 1978.
