RESOLUTION N0. 78-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or KENAI, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING
ADMINISTRATION TO SELL TO THE PORT OF KENAI TANKS THAT ARE IN THE
SHALLOW WELL BUILDINGS THAT HAVE BEEN DECLARED SURPLUS.
WHEREAS, the building, materials and related equipment have been
declared surplus by the Council of the City of Kenai, and
WHEREAS, the bids for the shallow well buildings, materials and
related equipment were all rejected, and
WHEREAS, the Port of Kenai has offered to purchase the tanks located
in these well houses for $400 each, and
WHEREAS, these tanks have no useful purpose for the City of Kenai, and
WHEREAS, the prig for these tanks seems reasonable and fair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai,
Alaska, that 'the tanks located in the shallow well buildings be sold
for $400 each to Port of Kenai.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska, this 2nd day
of Aug. 1978.
