RESOLUTION 78-169
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF KENAI SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION FOR
CERTIFICATION OF POLAR AIRLINES TO SERVE THE CITY OF KENAI.
WHEREAS, Polar Airlines has requested the City Council of the City of
Ream to express their view of Polar Airlines' request for certification to
serve the City of Kenai as a commuter airlines, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the City and the greater Kenai
area may well be better served by competition in commuter service.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI ,
ALASKA, that the City Coimeil of the City of Kenai hereby supports Polar
Airlines' application to the ATC for certification of a commuter airlines serving
the City of Kenai .
