RESOLUTION NO. ?8-191
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP KENAI ,ALASKA
AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR A GARDNER-DENVER BLOWER FOR THE
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT.
WHEREAS , bids for Gardner-Denver Blowers were received as follows:
Contractor's Equipment Corporation 53 , 985
Stott Electric Supply 54,150
Alaska Industrial Sales, Inc . 54 , 674
Lynnwood Equipment, Inc. 53,785
WHEREAS, the bid submitted by Lynnwood Equipment, Inc.
is the most advantageous to the City of Kenai, considering price, quality,
date of delivery , etc .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KENAI, ALASKA that the following contract is hereby awarded:
Lynwood Equipment, Inc. in the amount of 53,785
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 15th
day of November, 1978.

SUBJECT: Cyclo Blower for Sewer Treatment Plant
Bids were opened at 2:00 p.m. November 9, 1978 for the Gardner
Denver Blower for the Sewer Treatment Plant. This blower will
be used as a backup unit for our existing blowers in case of
a power outage occurs while one of our auxiliary blowers is
out of service. The bids are as follows:

Since all of the suppliers were bidding on an identical piece of
equipment, I recommend that the lowest bidder, Lynnwood Equipment,
