engineering, and

construction, and

DUNAMIS ELECTRIC PROPOSAL FOR
CORRECTION OF ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS
IN CITY OF KENAI SHOP FACILITY.
Wity certain exceptions, ~sompeHtive bidding is required before any
contract may be let by the City. The proposed contract with Dunamis
ie in excess of the $2,5001imitation. It does. however, from the
information given me by Administration, meet the requirements of the
exception for professional services since a large portion of the work
required under this contract is of an engineering nature rather than
a construction nature.
