CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. ??-31
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, PRO~I'IDING
FOR A CONTRACT TO EXECUTE THE AIRPORT MASTER PLAN .
WHEREAS, the State and Federal governments have agreed to provide to be
matched in part by the City of Kenai for an Airport Master Plan study, and
WHEREAS, a cwntract relative to the app~ooved grant application has been
prepared and attached hereto and is in compliance with appropriate State
and Federal law .
NOW, THEtiEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Kenai,
Alaska, that the attached contract between McClure/Nixon/Farr, the prime
contractors, and the City of Kenai, in the amount of 5123,159, is hereby
approved.
