A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, CONFIRMWG
THE SALE OF LOT 21. BLOCK 2, BLACK-GOLD F,STATES
WHEREAS, Mr. Bill Schweitzer, President of Panoramic, Inc. ,was
the successful bidder for the above property at a public outcry auction held
March 16 , 1977 , and
WHEREAS , bidder has elected to have the purchase price financed by the City
' of Kenai.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF,SOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, -
~ Alaska, that the sale of Lot 21, Block 2, Rlack-Gold Estates (Tax Parcel
X039-032-2100) to Panoramic Incorporated for the price of Five Thousand no~lare
and Nv/100 (=5,000.00) to be financed by the City of Kenai over ten year~l Ie?s
the down payment of x1,000.00 paid today is hereby confirmed and the Ci
Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the appropriate
contracts and documents to effectuate such sale .
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska, this 16th day of March, 1977.
