RESOLUTION NO. 77-42

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, CONFIRMING
THE SALE OF LOT 126, SECTION 31, TBN, RllW, SEWARD MERIDIAN.
WHEREAS, AARON S. SARKS was
the successful bidder for the above property at a public outcry auction held
March 16, 1877, and
WHEREAS, bidder has elected to have the purchase price financed by the
City of Renal.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai,
Alaska, that the sale of Lot 128, Section 31, T6N, RAW, Seward Meridian,
(Tax Parcel X043-170-0600) to Aaron S . Sarks for the price of Nine Thousand
Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars tE9,400.00), to be financed by the City of
Kenai over ten years less the down payment of X1,880.00 paid today is hereby
confirmed and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the appropriate contracts and documents to effectuate such sale.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska, this 16th day of March, 1877.
