BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, THAT
THE FOLLOWING TRANSFER OF MONIES BE MADF. WITHIN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS
FUND ENTITLED KENAI WATER PROJECT NO. 07-O1-01684 A3 ESTABLISHED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 322-?6.
