CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 77-I25
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
AWARDING BID FOR PIPE ARCH AND CULVERTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai solicited bids for the purchase of
pipe arch and culverts, and
WHEREAS, one bid was received for pipe arch and culverts
specifically requested by the City of Kenai.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING BID AND AMOUNT
IS HEREBY ACCEPTED AND CONTRACT AWARDED FOR THE BIDDER AS NAMED:

The City of Renai will accept sealed bids to be c+pened at 2:00 p.m.,
September 22, 1977, in the City Hall for pipe arch and culverts.
Detailed specification, may be obtained at the City Clerk's Office,
Kenai Airport Terminal Building, P.O. Box 580, Kenai, Alaska, 99611,
telephone 283-7539.
The City of Kenai reserves the right to reject any or ull bids and
to waive any irregularities in the bidding. All bids shall be
addressed to the City Clerk, City of Kenai, P.0. Box 580, Kenai,
Alaska, 99611, and shall state "PIPE ARCH AND CULVERTS BID" on the
lower left hand corner of the envelope.

FOR
PIPE ARCH AND CULVERTS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., September 22, 1977,
in the office of the City Manager, P.O. Box 580, Kenai, Alaska,
99611, for the following items:
PIPE ARCH AND CULVERTS - SEE SCHEDULE A
At the above time, all bids will be opened, read aloud and tabulated.
The bid award will be made by the City Council at their regularly
scheduled meeting at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 1977, held
at the Public Safety Building, Renai, Alaska.
CONDITIONS OF BID
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive
any formality in the bidding.
All bids should include delivery to the City of Kenai shop yard,
Airport Way, Renai, Alaska.
Bids must be signed and all information given.
