CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION Nn. 77-135
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDS IN THE AM(IUNT OF Ell5.000 FROM THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION AS AUTHORIZED BY THE
LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS ACT FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING
WATER LINES AT THE AIRPORT AND A SEWER LINE , McCOLLUM DRIVE .
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai is desirous of installing water lines at the
Airport and a sewer line on McCollum Drive, and
WHREAS , the Economic Development Administration has authorized grant funds
in the amount of ~ll5 , 000 to finance a portion of this project .
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai,
Alaska that this grant by the Economic Development Administration in the
amount of Sll5.000 for the installation of water lines at the Airport and a
sewer line, McCollum Drive, be hereby accepted under Project No. 07-51-26966
and the City proceed accordingly.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA , this 5th day
of October, 1977.
