CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
RCSOLUTION N0. 76-5
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska
that pursuant to Section 21.76.210 of the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Code of Ordinances the City of Kenai shall levy the following planning
and zoning fees which are to be considered independent of any fees levied
by the Borough for planning and zoning changes:
$50.00 Conditional Use Permits, Variance anu
Non-Conforming Uses
These permits are non-refundable and payable upon filing to
cover the cost of permit preparation, notice of hearings and mailing
and advertising fees.
RESOLVED by the Council of thz City of Kenai, Alaska
this 21st day of January, 1976.
