RESOLUTION NO. 76-21

A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR VOLUNTARY FINGFRPRINTING OF
INDIVIDUALS.
WHEREAS, the Kenai Police Department is receiving an increasing number
of requests by individuals for fingerprinting; And
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai to incurring expenses in performing the
services to the Individuals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY nF KFNAI
THAT:
Section 1: A fee of $4.00 shall be charged for each elective
fingerprinting of an individual.
Section 2: Elective fingerprinting of individuals shall be done
at such time or times as may be set by the Kenai Police Department.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska, this �/ day
of April, 1976.

The= Department is receiving an ever increasing number of requests
fa.- applicant fingerprinting. This includes taxi applicants,
school bus driven, CAP M,.. —, applicants for governmental positions
and others. This involves calling in of an officer to roll the

The following procedure is recommmVieci for future processing of
applicant fingerprints:
1. Applicant fingerprinting will, be dome on Monday - Wednesday -
Friday between the hours of 12PM - 1PK- This will involve
less b*errtaptian of normal routine.
2. A fee of four dollars will be wed for all applicant
printing. This will reimburse the City for the service
rendered and costs of materials.
3. The fee, as with all others, will be paid at City Hall and
the individual requesting fingerprinting will be required
to present the receipt prig to the fingerprinting.

aspect and amts for payment, it will beecme Departmental
Policy as of 4-21-76.
