PUBLIC USE AS PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS . WHEREAS, certain parcels of land located adjacent to the beach along Cook Inlet in the original Townsite of the City of Kenai have been foreclosed on by the Kenai Peninsula Borough and deeded to the City of Kenai, and WHEREAS , such lots may appropriately be used by the public as access to and a part of the beach . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai, that: Section 1. the foIIowing parcels foreclosed on by the Kenai Peninsula Borough and deeded to the City of Kenai are hereby set aside for immediate public use by the City of Kenai as public beach access .
