RESOLUTION NO. 76-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, REPEALING
AND RE-ENACTING CERTAIN RESOLUTIONS RELATING TO INTRAFUND TRANSFERS
WITHIN THE 1975-?6 ANNUAL BUDGET .
WHEREAS , certain infra-fund transfers have been made during the course of the
fiscal year amending the 1875-7B Budget, and
WHEREAS, such 1875-76 Budget had not been formally adopted until this date.
and it is necessary to repeal and re-enact these certain resolutions.
NOW, T1ISREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Cfty of Kenai, Alaska,
that:
The following resolutions amending the 1975-76 Annual Budget
are hereby repealed and re-enacted as of the date hereof:
