CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 76-48
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEPOSITORIES FOR MUNICIPAL PUNDS AND
ESTABLISHING THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES FOR DEPOSITORIES OR WITH-
DRAWING OF PUNDS FROM SAID DEPOSITORIES .
WHEREAS, it is desirable to add the name of the City Manager to the authorized
signatures and delete the name of the Acting City Manager, Phillip Aber.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Kenai,
Alaska, that:
the Alaska State Bank, Kenai Branch and/or National Bank of
Alaska, Kenai Branch, and/or First Federal Savings Bank, be
designated as official depositories of municipal fundia, and;
two (2) of the following officials of the City of Kenai will be
required as signators on the various accounts of the City, and
one of which must be the City Manager or the Finance Director.
John E . Wise, City Manager
Boss A. Kinney, Finance Director
Lillian Hakkinen, Accountant
the Standard Bank Corporate Resolution be authorized (and is hereby
made a part of this resolution) .
PASSED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 15th day of
September, 1978.
