CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 76-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, CERTIFYING
THE CENSUS OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, A3 OF JULY 1, 1976.
WHEREAS. the City of Kenai, Alaska, is submitting its application of State
Aid to Local Governments. and
~ WHEREAS, a portion of this application is based upon a population census,
i and

WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Kenai has reviewed the new population
i census computation, and
i
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai is in agreement with the census
computation.
NOW , THEREFORE , be it resolved by the Council of the City of Kenai, that:
The population census of the City of Kenai, Alaska, as of
July 1, 1976, is 5,223.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 15th
day of September, 1976.
